Valentine Treat Boxes

This week I am joining several other bloggers to share Valentine projects that we made with our Cricuts. I made some simple little popcorn style treat boxes using gold foil embossed paper. I filled them up with candy, but they could be filled with any small treats. They actually held quite a bit of candy, enough that I kind of wished I had made them a little smaller.

I added a little heart cut out of pink cardstock to the front to make them a little bit more Valentines specific. I ordered some pink foil wrapped chocolates from Oriental Trading Company that worked perfectly for filling the boxes.

How to Make Foil Embossed Valentine Treat Boxes

You will Need:

• a Cricut (I used a Cricut Maker)
• Gold and White Foil Embossed Paper
• Pink Cardstock
• glue runner
• Valentine Treat Box Design Space File

Instructions:

Open the Design Space file by clicking the link above. 

Cut and score with the Cricut. 

Fold on the score lines and glue the box together.

Glue the heart to the front and fill with candy or treats.
