Yesterday I shared a back to school t-shirt design, and today I have another one. Just like the "Smart is the new Cool" design, I wanted it to be a design that was not specific to the first day of school but would still be fun for kids heading back to school.
For this design I wanted to go with a superhero type theme so I chose "Learning is my Superpower" with a superhero mask and a lightning bolt.
I was making it for my daughter so I chose a dark pink for the mask, and I used gold holographic sparkle for the lighting bolt, but you could obviously use any color you want. I just used black for the words.
In just a few minutes you can have a fun new shirt, perfect for a kid heading back to school.
How to Make a Learning is my Superpower T-Shirt
You will need:
- Cricut Maker or Explore
- plain t-shirt
- vinyl in desired colors (I used black and dark pink everyday iron on, and gold holographic sparkle)
- weeding tools
- EasyPress (or heat press or iron)
- EasyPress Mat
Instructions:
Open the Design Space file.
Resize the design if needed to fit your shirt.
Cut the design from iron on. Don't forget to mirror your design.
Weed the designs.
Press the each layer, one at a time until they are all pressed in place.
