Today is the final day of the Mini Amigurumi Advent, Day 24. I can't believe it is the end, it has been so much fun for me to share these every day. I'm sure today's pattern is not a huge surprise, but I had to have Santa come on the 24th.
The little Santa is just over 6" tall. He has his red suit and hat with white trim, buckled around the middle with a black belt.
His face is finished off with small safety eyes and a white beard.
I hope you have enjoyed this Christmas countdown series as much as I have. I have had a lot of questions about whether or not the patterns will remain on my blog after Christmas, and the answer is yes! All of the patterns will remain free on my blog for the foreseeable future. However, for those who would prefer a printable/ad-free version- I have an Ebook with all 24 patterns included available for purchase.
All patterns in my Etsy and Ravelry Shop are on sale for 20% off through the end of November so now is a great time to purchase.

How to Crochet a Mini Amigurumi Santa
Finished Size: about 6.5" tall
You will need:
- medium weight yarn in red, white, skin color, black, and a small amount of yellow (Sample made with Red Heart Super Saver in Black, White and Cherry Red, Buff, and Saffron)
- G Crochet Hook (4.25 mm)
- 2- 6mm safety eyes
- fiberfill
- yarn needle
Instructions:
The legs are crocheted first, then with one leg still on your hook you will begin the body by crocheting around both legs and continuing on from there. One round of the body is worked in the back loop only and the bottom fur edge of Santa's coat is later worked into the front loops of that round. Strips of fur decorate the front of the coat and the wrists on the sleeves. The arms are sewn to the side of the body. A beard is sewn to the face and a hat on top of the head. A belt is sewn around the waist with a square buckle embroidered with yellow yarn.
