Today's Mini Amigurumi Advent is a really quick and easy one, it is Santa's big bag full of toys, except this one is tiny and filled with stuffing.
Santa's Bag is made by crocheting a bag shape and at the top leaving some spaces to thread the tie through to cinch closed. Unlike the other amigurumi in the series the bag is not stitched closed, the tie cinches it closed instead.
It works up really fast because it is just one piece, plus a chained tie, and it is mostly one color, so there aren't a lot of color changes and no sewing at all.
Like the others I added a little smiley face to the front of the bag using small safety eyes and an embroidered smile. I made the bag red with white trim and a black tie to look like Santa's suit, but I think green or gold would also look good for the tie, or you could even just use a piece of ribbon or trim rather than crocheting a little chain.
