Today is day 6 of the Spring Mini Amigurumi Crochet Along which means we have reached the halfway point in the crochet along. Animal number 6 is a little chicken.
I don't think you can have a set of farm animals without having chickens, so this was an obvious addition to the set. The chicken joins the pig, duck, cow, cat, and sheep on the farm, and like the others it sits about 3" tall.
The little chicken is made very similar to the duck, with the same wings and tail, but a different shaped beak and feet. It also has a little red comb on top of its head.
There will not be another pattern tomorrow (Sunday), the next animal will be released Monday, April 10.
