Today marks the halfway point of the Summer 2023 Mini Amigurumi Crochet Along. We are to day 6 out of 12 days.
When I was planning this crochet along and finalizing which designs I wanted to include I knew I wanted a mixture of animals and other items and as I listed them out I realized I had about half and half. Once I realized that I decided that I would alternate them as I released the patterns, an animal one day, other item then next, and so forth. So since yesterday was an animal it is time for another item and this time it is a water bottle.
I figured some kind of water is important if you are camping or hiking, whether you use a canteen, a camelback type backpack, or water bottles. I chose to make a water bottle in a hydroflask type of style. A bottle with a lid and a little strap connecting the lid.
This is one that would be great for using up scraps because you could make it any color you wanted. I chose a teal color for mine just because I wanted a color that was different than those I had used in other projects, but you could make it any color you want.
